The Essentials
Just the essentials:
I'm a wife to a great, supportive husband. I don't deserve him at all...he's far too good for me. With that said, he drives me crazy. Often. You'll feel sorry for me and be envious of me all at once when you read more!
I am a mom! Our son is 12 and my hero. Check back for more about him! Our daughter is 7, going on 21. She scares me...and she'll scare you too, just wait and see!
My age: 20-11 years old. You heard me! TWENTY-ELEVEN! What's that? There's no such age, you say? Of course there is! After 29 comes 20-10 and then 20-11 and so on. I like the twenties and plan to be here for several more years, at least. I'll re-evaluate that later----maybe.
OK, so the point of this blog: Well, as I said, I am a real estate student. I am half-way through my Prelicensing course and just had the crazy thought that it would be fun to chronicle this journey I am on! No, scratch that. I didn't "just have a thought" at all. Truth be told, my insides are screaming at me to tell the world of the crazy cast of characters that make up my class! But that's another post (or many posts!) for another day!
For now just some basics: in my state you have to attend a 75 hour prelicensing class. At completion you have to pass a final exam and then pass the state exam. Once you pass that, you have your "Provisional Broker" license!
Really very simple stuff with no drama at all....right? Easy as pie! Within a month I'll be wheeling and dealing my way to untold riches...right? RIGHT! Come along with me...it'll be fun!
Coming soon:
My husband is too good for me. It annoys me.
The class room characters-introducing the lead, "Teacher".
